Thats All? I don't know why you are not jumping at the chance to buy it! Sheesh, crazy isn't it. this world of ours, people can't afford food and then we have real estate prices like that!
I was kind of surprised in Chicago to see so many people out, shopping, eating, bar hopping etc. it didn't look like thier pocketbooks were hurting that much!
Waterview is so sought after that I think they will get their price or near it. It's a great street. It seems there are still a lot of people around with money. If you looked at the listing you'd see there are only 2 bedrooms. Nice kitchen, though.
