We used to have 2 cats outside my office, me being the cat lady of course got involved. some folks used to come when I was never here and feed them, I did it when I was here, they wrote me notes and I wrote back, never met them but eventually they caught them and took them to a no kill shelter. I was able to pet them and even pick one of them up, it broke my heart to see them out there but they had a nice set up like this one you have seen. I'd guess because I was able to get close to the one that it used to be a pet which is very sad it was just dumped off to fend for itself
Yes, it's sad the way people do that to animals, just dump them. I didn't see any cats around yesterday, so maybe they were inside their domes or someone took them in. It's been bitterly cold for 4 days. How is your cat getting along as an only child now?
my only child cat is very lonely. we joke that he sleeps 23 hours a day and 1 hour is spent crying, whining, eating, and pestering us (waking us up in the middle of the night), but I love him regardless! he cries a lot, for food especially or just when he follows me around. I got him at a very young age and he is very attached to me, I do truly love that about him , thats how a cat is supposed to be but sometimes he drives me crazy!
