hmmm that looks like our lawn. I asked Ray why he didn't water while I was on vacation, he said it would have run our well dry so he had to let it burn...
Rain at last today...quick heavy storm about 11:00 this morning, then it cleared, and later we had a wild thunder and lightning storm at 8 pm with loss of power for a few minutes. Should help the lawns.
Some plants are doing just fine ... 
though unwatered lawns are not
