Did you know we have a bamboo forest? It's way back in Melville Park next to a field. There's a path going through it and if you enter and look up (middle pic) you can see how high the stems go. The other day when I was there it was very breezy and the sound of the small branches clicking and rustling high up was quite amazing. If you are a connoisseur of sounds you must hear this one. And such a bright green in mid-February!
