This is the new Center of Excellence in Wireless & Information Technology located off Stony Brook Road. I'm not sure what kind of research goes on there -- maybe it's to do with deterring those Nigerian scammers. Interesting architecture. The entrance is on the far right in this view.

The name "Center of Excellence ..." seems like an unusual phrase - is that something that you have seen before?
Maybe it's a cover for a secret lab run by a covert CI group (?)
