Here's the United Methodist Church on Christian Avenue in Stony Brook next to the Montessori School. 2009 is their 200th anniversary year. Constructed in 1860, this building stands close to the road in an area of wonderful old houses.I love steeples. Up there against a blue sky, unchanging, watching all our changes. Look up, they say, look up.
