Setauket Presbyterian Church

Located on the Green in Setauket, across from the Library and the Caroline Church, the Setauket Presbyterian Church has a history that goes back to the Seventeenth Century, yet today, dressed up in pink dogwood blossoms, it looks fresh and new. The present building was constructed in 1812.

What a large building to have been built back in the 1600's. It's strange to think that the community was already sufficent and developed enough at that point in time to build something as elaborate as that church.

This building was constructed in 1812. Earlier one burned down.
